I grew up near Birmingham, remember the Galleria being built, and still go back and forth between Birmingham and Huntsville a lot. So I'm familiar with much of what you're saying about Hoover becoming SJW-ish. And you didn't say this, but you'd probably agree that Birmingham at large has been much of the same, too.

But I'd be willing to bet that there's still very much a lot of red state Alabama who don't like having their sons killed in Afghanistan by the Death-To-America crowd. ISIS may be one of the few things most Alabamians hate more than Phil Fulmer. Just knowing she's in Alabama would be enough for someone from Gadsden or Dothan or Cotton or Shelby County or Mobile to make a quick trip to Hoover.

During the local news yesterday (I don’t live in BHM but our town is in their TV market) I caught part of an interview with a local Muslim guy vigorously defending this creature. He appeared to be acquainted with her.

This guy looked like a complete idiot because he was a white boy, with a Southern accent, wearing a white Saudi Arabia style “bedsheet”. Yet, there he was, pleading her case and making her seem like a victim.

He looked familiar and I think he must be a spokesman for the local mosque. I was surprised when I saw him because it’s not everyday that one sees a stereotypical Southern “good ole boy” dressed in Islamic garb. I wonder who indoctrinated him?

The Tuscaloosa Target store can also look like an UN meeting at times. I’ve seen plenty of hijabs in there. I recall one young woman in a hijab while, at the same time, she was dressed in fashionable, expensive clothing and drove from the store in an extremely expensive sports car.

Once, in one of a thrift store in T-Town, I encountered a woman dressed in an actual hijab with only her eyes showing. To say that she was attracting attention is an understatement. My mother and I decided that it was a good time to leave and go eat lunch.

You know the local situation all too well. My observations are for those Freepers in the other parts of fly-over country. BHM is a lost cause with >72% black population and a culture dominated by UAB, a dying BHM News, and a "diverse" local TV news media.

I don't doubt that there are some locals who have the temperament for a road-trip to Hoover. I have extended family in "LA" = Russell, Barbour, Dale, and Houston counties. Not that it currently looks like this jihadist will be coming back to AL anytime soon, the proper response, for the time being, would be a massive peaceful protest against her. I am not advocating violence, yet.

Yes, your diagnosis is correct. We have to fight against the local "inclusive" churches which preach unsound doctrine, the corrupt MSM, and our local education systems which are indoctrinating our youth in cultural Marxism.

We have to educate ourselves about Islam. FreeRepublic is a good starting place. It led me to a wellspring of knowledge about Islam in the person of Bill Warner, PhD-Physics/Engineering, a citizen of TN. If he was using a Yemen diplomatic passport, it doesn’t make any difference if he considered himself a diplomat. The State Department keeps a ‘Blue List’ of diplomatic passport holders, and the State Department issued the non-citizen statement.

But State and Pres. Trump will have to eat dirt if dad was granted asylum and a US ID before she was born.

She is not a U.S. citizen, she is a criminal and a terrorist. If she wants to come into the country, she needs to do it the same way as other non-citizen, criminal terrorist: go to Mexico and join a caravan.
