That “equality” is the point of making all this an integral part of what is left of the culture. All are to be interchangeable parts that the eventual total state can move about randomly in roles.
You can’t “fully transition.” It is a biological impossibility.
Equality in sports as the ladies see it is a requirement that the money be the same as in men’s sports and the number of fans be the same. Perhaps the government should require one attendance at a Women’s game for every attendance at a Men’s game. You would have to buy tickets to and attend both in order to see the one you want to see. That would apply to TV coverage and required equal viewing patterns by fans at home.
Recent hormone treatment doesn’t change a man’s body to a woman’s body, either. Male-to-female trannies claim that their taking female hormones makes their bodies the same as women’s bodies.

If a person has ever gone through male puberty then they should never be allowed to compete against biological females.
It’s a rare condition but some XY genetic males are totally androgen insensitive...they are usually brought up as girls since there is simply no other chance for anything like a normal life for them. One of these unfortunates could compete fairly against XX females. Just imagine the horror of having this condition and desiring to be male! :-( No matter how much testosterone you would prescribe for them, it would have zero effect.
BTW: a few XX females are also androgen insensitive...and it’s a bad thing because testosterone is important for females to have...in very tiny quantities of course.
