Brooks is a congressman from Alabama.
It passed in both house and senate with more than 2/3 majorities. IOW, it’s irrelevant if Potus vetoes. They’ll override, and that will look very bad.
Make the GOPee over-ride.
Once most American voters know what’s in this bill, the pressure on congressman to uphold a veto would become intense in most Republican areas.
If POTUS comes out against it and exposes it for what it is, they will very likely end up with fewer than the votes needed to override.

I am at the point where I believe the national interest would be served for Trump to commandeer a Trident, wipe out that entire area, and begin with a new elected government. These people as proved by the FBI/Clinton/Obama cabal who began a coup or illegal overthrow of the election, based on nothing but crap show it is against any outside person expressing the will of the people or the best interests of the USA.
I guarantee the RINOs will join the commie dems to undermine Trump by first challenging his EO in court while passing laws to undermine any border enforcement. Short of using the military to enforce his edicts, which will not happen, he is stymied.
It passed since All Dems voted for it .
A vast majority the Gop Reps voted against it .
The senate had only Reps voting no .
It will not be overridden .
One day our grandkids are going to look us all in the eye and ask why the F did you do this to us. Interest on the debt is killing us, you ruined the culture through rampant immigrant demographics, we can’t afford good healthcare, housing, education or energy, and the Constitution was abandoned.

Brooks is an Alabama Congressman (R). He is also positioning himself for a 2020 Senate run against the Incumbent Democrat who beat Roy Moore in a Special Election to fill unexpired term of Jeff Sessions seat. Brooks will win that election.
The bill was passed by the Dems not the Gop House.
Trump would be passing a Dem bill that kills this country .
Because the alternative was killing 100 million people.
