By the time many read this the bill before Trump to fund the government will have either been signed or vetoes.
I say VETO the spending bill President Trump. We either get the wall from a proper congressional spending bill or he should shut down the government.
Besides, why allow Congress to spend $4 trillion for 1 year. That is reason enough to veto the bill. Consider the thought of $24 trillion spent by 2024 if Trump gets re-elected in 2020.
Hell, at this rate the next President will spend over $10 trillion a year, then by 2034, they will be spending $20 trillion a year. When does this madness stop? President Trump, it is up to you to stop it NOW!
No wall, no spending bill.
It is time to reign in the out of control spending of those out of control congress critters. Especially since they will all blame Trump for the spending, not their own inability to stop spending.
Keep the Government SHUT DOWN.
Then at some point, ONLY reopen the 20% constitutional portion and KEEP THE REST SHUT DOWN.
It would be a great day for America!
Trump already lost once on the shutdown. Trump should only shut down the government now IF government employees are NOT paid for not working. We should save money during a government shutdown not actually pay more.

I am not attacking Trump, I am making a plea for him to do what he knows he must do. All this bill does is allow the Socialists from both parties to win.

But it is a totally crappy bill. Trump will have to win this one in court. I think he will. I think the White House Lawyers think so too.
by 2020 we will be spending over 6 Trillion per year and the wall will still be in court!
So tell me, Where are the rulings from the SC that is has sided with him so far? They are non existent after 2 years. You really think Roberts will actually side with conservatives? I don’r!

Am I reading this right? If PDJT signs this bill, DHS (border patrol) cannot stop anyone from entering... with or without a wall... if they are with a child?

“None of the funds provided by this Act or any other Act, or provided from any accounts in the Treasury of the United States derived by the collection of fees available to the components funded by this Act, may be used by the Secretary of Homeland Security to place in detention, remove, refer for a decision whether to initiate removal proceedings, or initiate removal proceedings against a sponsor, potential sponsor, or member of a household of a sponsor or potential sponsor of an unaccompanied alien child ( as defined in section 462 (g) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 279(g))) based on information shared by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.”

And the GOP. “True conservative” beltway career politicans love this bill because it takes all the heat off them and puts it on POTUS. But that’s why he is POTUS and they never will be.

In the mean time we will be waiting for the SC to rule. Well in 2 years Trump has yet to even have a proper ruling from the SC on his ability to control the border.
While we wait to hear from the John (I like Obamacare) Robert court), millions will just walk right in with a kid in tow, and when they learn it is not their child, we will pay to bring the true parents up.

If trump vetoed Nancy will not give. Agreed But when he declares the emergency she has no reason not to pass the budget. and work her resistance out in court,. If she doesn’t;’t pass then, she will own the shut down. He should declare and veto the concoction they have prepared for him.

let that sink in. $4 TRILLION WILL NOT BE SPENT. If we do not get it next year, another $4 TRILLION will not be spent.
The way I look at it, Trump is President for 2 more years. We could have a savings of $8 TRILLION, and I believe that a lot of congress critters will be going down in defeat also.
