Today’s Cryptogram

Today’s Cryptogram

SKW RNP NEKZB QVNDZCS, LWC SKW RNPPKC NEKZB CJV RKPFVAWVPRVF KG NEKZBZPO QVNDZCS. NSP QNPB

You can find this little fun word game, to combat early dementia and senility in us baby boomers, in several daily publications, unfortunately they are copyrighted so we can't use them here. So, we're just going to make up our own.

The way it works is a letter stands for another letter.

For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).

Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated.

Send me a private reply if you need a hint for today’s Cryptogram.

PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and any tips you might give the group on how you solve these puzzles.

You can certainly send your solution to my private reply or if you need a hint for today’s Cryptogram.

If you're just starting out on these, be patient, as you'll be proficient in no time.

Solving the puzzle under 8 minutes is good, under 6 very good, under 4 excellent and under two "you're a pro!"

Those of you looking for an added challenge can try to solve one sentence at a time, i.e. solve the entire first line, then go to the second line etc.

If you need a little help you can copy the cryptogram and paste it to Hal’s Helper below:

It’s easier to work on the puzzle without having to use your pencil.

Somewhere between 1 and 2 min.
I didn’t know that that person was the original source of the quote.

Pretty impressive if I say so myself. Some repeating words, but this was not an easy one.

No, I’m up early, like Trump. Will probably take a break the weekend of the 9th as I’ll be in Florida.

Great quote. One to live by and hope by. This is why the Left will eventually lose.

The last two days stumped me for too long. Todays came together quickly. New confidence. :)

Where in GA? I grew up west of Marietta. Lost Mountain if you’re familiar. It was rural then, all built out now. I have family in N. Ga near Jasper still.

Once I got the repeating word, I could tell the word after the comma grammatically. Made it easier.

Got it in about 15 minutes.

Hint: Getting the second word (using the seventh word) will get you the name.

SW. That would be pretty rural, or it used to be. Haven’t lived in GA since 1980. Just visit family when I can.

It’s really grown. LOTS OF industry. Like Marietta in the 80s.

For some reason I could not get this one for the longest time but something clicked and I finally got it.

Good one and as has been said the left needs to think about this quote and look into themselves and be honest and maybe there will be hope for them.

Under one minute. There are very few three letter words that follow a coma.
