Yeah, a lot of trial.. and a lot of error.

Which is why each one of us who deal in pain must find out own “placebo’(I cannot say cure or solution)We all handle pain in a different way. Getting my teeth pulled is easy...comparatively.

My advice, get plenty of sleep(VERY important!) and eat a proper diet. Lose weight if overweight, stay away from the fad diets. Only one way to lose weight is slow the calorie intake versus the calorie burned. Quit cigarettes and limit the drinking. Exercise to the condition you’re in.(Don’t over do it!)

I think he means take the throwaway pills at the end of the month. They are nothing pills, for women who just want to keep the habit of taking pills even during the week the pharma co wants them to bleed. Stopping the pill makes them shed some lining for a week. You can also tell people to stop bothering you because it’s your time of the month.

no, that’s bad info. oxide is the worst form to take, malate is better than citrate. glycinate being the most absorbable. then taurate, orotate or spray on chloride
