eliminate patently unconstitutional programs like ATF, most of EPA, Dept of Education, contributions to UnitedNazis, carefully phase out most agricultural subsides and price-support (food destruction) programs, TSA, the tens of thousands of weapons Obama issued to civilian agencies, aid to enemy or hostile nations, Obamacare, and tell states to pick up whatever parts of welfare programs they want (with a smooth and quick transfer), etc. Now with the DimOcrap partial shut-down.. is a great opportunity to repair the Wash DC monster and MAGA !!!
