Yeah, seriously. I've most definitely bought more than $40 worth of C.D. ginger ale over the past few years, but what kind of pack rat keeps supermarket receipts on a long-term basis? Oh, well, guess I'll have to be content with the fiver.

On a side note, anyone else remember 35ish years ago when Canada Dry had a very tasty orange soda?

I don’t remember an orange one, but I do remember the bitter lemon. It was mostly used as a drink mixer, but I used to love it as a kid. Last time I was in Europe, I found it, but I haven’t seen it here in many years.
