I think it’s highly likely that she’s not mocking him and that she genuinely doesn’t know who he is.
Just like most socialist millennials, no respect. They would love single payor rationed healthcare limiting elective surgeries like knee or hip replacements for anyone over 65. If you’re over 65, the millennials hope you die. They just need their inheritance because they hardly work or save.
