I have recently stumbled onto the Zublick youtube presentations. I had been intrigued with the information he was throwing out there, while not being impressed with his very strong fund raising tactics.
I was seeing so many recommendations today to check out the Greg Rubini tweet thread unwraps (I just don’t like the twitter format!) that I just looked at it a little while ago. This one popped out at me:

Needless to say, it is not my plan to ever post anything by Zublick here again. He may still have the goods, but now I have to have doubts as to how he obtains his information.
