I switched from beta to alpha at 43 years old. It changed my life.
I don’t watch much television, but I have noticed that, when white men have a part in the drama, and it is getting rarer and rarer, they are the beta types most of the time. Feminists know what portrays strength and what does not, and they know beta types do not.
