Wow! That’s incredible! I actually can’t stand shopping. I’m a point and click girl. I have some Louboutins I’ve sold on eBay and have a few more I’m going to sell there but no way for that low a price. You got lucky deals!

Wasn’t that something!

They should have czeched first before going!

I think (most) everyone here missed this point....

“Shoppers were told they’d receive between $100 and $250 in compensation to attend a market research event at an upscale mall in Santa Monica.”

This is why those “suckers” went gaga for Payless shoes.

They were paid to react that way. I don’t blame them. We all would do the same thing for cold hard cash.

“We scammed people with cheap goods,” is good advertising?

I don’t know, but it appears to working well for Nike.

Outstanding way of saying, “Why pay more?”

Aldi grocery sells a house brand wine called Winking Owl for $2.99 a bottle. Saw a local restaurant chef buying a whole cartload of it and asked him if that was the house wine.

He winked and said, “might be”.

My favorite part of the video was the guy saying “you can tell it’s high quality”.

“Coming soon: cosmetic arm adornments that look like needle marks so everyone can seem to be a junkie. “

Why not? The trash-your-body-with-ink-and-piercings is so routine it’s boring now.

Generally house wine is around $6 a glass in a restaurant. So $24 in revenue for each $3 bottle of wine. Not a bad margin there!
