FULL TITLE: Trump warns Mexico it 'would be very smart' if they stopped caravans before they reached the border as Mexican officials say no deal with the president that they would keep asylum seekers out of U.S.
President Donald Trump on Sunday warned Mexico it 'would be very smart' if the country stopped migrant caravans 'long before' they get to the U.S. border and said there would be 'no crossings!'
'Would be very SMART if Mexico would stop the Caravans long before they get to our Southern Border, or if originating countries would not let them form (it is a way they get certain people out of their country and dump in U.S. No longer). Dems created this problem. No crossings!,' he wrote.
His tweet comes after Mexican officials said there was 'no agreement of any type' between its Government and the United States that will require asylum seekers to wait in the country while their claims move through U.S. courts.

You know we all saw them smashing down the gate. Why did not Mexico start firing on them when that happened? That is an invasion! This is all symbolic. It is estimated that 13,846 people cross the border illegally every WEEK.
But, let’s have a symbolic confrontation, it could help.

If Trump could block the 28 billion illegals send to Mexico every year, that might get Mexico’s attention.

I think all financial aid going to Latin American countries should be terminated. The money is apparently going to the ruling elite. Little or none helps the poor. Between the corrupt governments and cartels it is no wonder they want a piece of the American pie.
Close the border and watch the perishable produce pile up.
Those diesel-powered refrigeration units only have about a days’ worth of fuel ... and once the food warms up and spoils, no one will take it ... then the howling from the Mexican side REALLY starts
The Mexican government knew when they allowed the central Americans to cross their country the mess it would create on the Mexican-US border. Mexico has intentionally foisted this problem on us. Mexico must take the major public relations cost and the financial responsibility for the remedy of this problem.
The world seems to be full of people that want to make their problems yours.
A good step would be to impose a crushing excise tax on money wire transfers to Mexico. Mexican immigrants both legal and illegal are propping up the Mexican economy by sending money to family back home. Cut this economic support to a trickle and watch how cooperative Mexico becomes.
Because they weren't Americans....
