Seems to me that Acosta infringed on freedom of the press by hogging all the time and not allowing the others to ask questions.
In addition, the press room is not big enough to hold every press person there is, so the WH has to be able to make choices on who they are going to let in.
No way should they have to put up with incredibly rude behavior from reporters. To me the reporters are there by invitation from the white house.
I don’t agree with this judge’s ruling.

Exactly. The WH has fed the beast. I suggested the WH should let AcostUs monopolize the briefing even more, until he draws open fire from the other correspondents, present, long enough that there is time left for only one more question from another. The would be lit up with fury.
