This is speculation informed by experience, i.e., I have no direct knowledge of what is going on today, but I used to make electronic surveillance equipment decades ago, so this is an extrapolation of what we could do then to now.

All of these idiots carry a smart phone around with them. There was a recent test of the Presidential Emergency Text Message system that pinged every phone in the country. This included any “burner” phones that were out there. So any burner phone in the vicinity of a “real” phone could be identified.

So the Federal Government probably has hours of audio and video of these folks conspiring to commit voter fraud and actually doing it.

I wouldn’t look for arrests until at least 2019.

Mr. Kobach may have been himself victim of vote fraud.

But, at the time, it was clear the intent was to move the commission stuff to DHS where it could be fully + properly investigated & PROSECUTED. It was curious the DEMs wanted that to happen. Oh, that’s right, fortunately, THESE PEOPLE ARE STUPID!
