The metal trash will help, if the lid fits very tightly and no other gaps/holes exist. Lining the inside of a metal can with cardboard will offer no additional protection. Fully covering electronics inside with heavy aluminum foil will offer considerable additional protection however.
EMP (electro magnetic pulse) induces an electrical current in electronic circuits and exposed unprotected wiring that in some cases is strong enough to burn them out.
You protect devices by shielding them completely with something capable of conducting electrical current, like heavy aluminum or copper sheeting/foil. This metal shielding shorts out the EMP wave (in layman's terms), before it can get to your critical electronics.
I think they were force flipped. If the FBI wants you punished, need we doubt you will be flipped on your head and punished.
Cohen didn’t want to be flipped. Corsi was himself CIA, or FBI, I believe. He knew when they knocked on the door, there was trouble arriving.

I have faith in the Senate now, even if just 53-47. I think McConnell is going to open the flood gates on all those House bills that have been sitting around. Flake, McCain made things unbearable. I think Collins may have seen the light after Kavanaugh.
Think about it this way. We flushed a lot of trash out of the Senate this election and we managed to gain a net two seats in the Senate at minimum, depending on if the feds get involved in all this.

You are on the money! I have no problem sticking with the plan. I do believe the finale will not be staged before 2020, but the play bill is up and the show is worth watching. Waiting for the stars to appear. Popcorn.

Assuming that there wouldn’t be advance notice of NEEDING to protect devices, am I understanding it right that there are some things one would want to have after an emp attack that you’d put in a protective area like having extra cans in your pantry for an emergency. If so, what extra devices would one expect to have duplicates of to put away?
He did it because he was proud of doing it. While we make fun of him, I’d bet that he glows every time he sees a meme starring himself.
