RUSH: I’ve got to mention this before I forget it, ’cause I didn’t spend enough time on this yesterday. Ruth “Buzzi” Ginsburg. As you know, she broke three ribs and had some other kind of injuries in a fall the other day. And remember the story was that leftists all over America were volunteering to send their own ribs and any other needed internal organ? And we laughed about it. But, folks, they are dead serious.
Do you realize what these people will do for their ideology? I will guarantee you that 99% of the people offering Ruth “Buzzi” Ginsburg their ribs would not do that for somebody in their own family. (interruption) No. No. They are dead serious about this. They know how important the Supreme Court is. It’s the whole ballgame, as far as they’re concerned. And if Ruth “Buzzi” Ginsburg can’t go on for some reason, they’re offering…
Get this. You know that airhead actress, Alyssa Milano? Are you ready for this? We thought stupid was Joy Behar accusing the Republicans of gerrymandering Senate districts. Try this: Actress Alyssa Milano just offered to donate both of her kidneys to Ruth Buzzi Ginsburg. Both of her kidneys! You could not make this stuff up if you tried. She has offered to die, although I don’t think she knows this.
That’s what makes it funny. She’s offered both of her kidneys to… Now the story is that Ruth “Buzzi” Ginsburg — after having broken three ribs — is up and about and walking around and working. So you leftists are not to be concerned. Ruth “Buzzi” will soon be back to her exhausting RBG Workout that none of us could dare keep up with.

Not quite. If there were a transplant center willing to perform transplants with both her kidneys (not possible in the US), it would just mean that Ms. Milano would be dependent on dialysis for the rest of her life, or until she received (heck, we’ve entertained the absurdity to this point), she received a kidney donation from someone else.
Offering transplant organs to an elderly woman? This elderly woman, because she’s on the Supreme Court? And to these liberals, it’s the end of the world because Trump would appoint a conservative replacement?
These liberal types are just too far out there. The liberal world is falling apart around them. They have looked to the courts as being their “Trump card” so to speak, to block legislation or executive orders they don’t like.
The world is changing and the liberals can’t cope.
She obviously donated her brain a long time ago.

I don’t think she has a brain.
New kidneys are readily available on the world market, especially from China, buy VERY expensive.
Why would RBG need any kind of kidney? It was her RIBS, not kidneys, that were affected.
And not since God took a rib from Adam and created Eve, has there been a successful transplant of a rib from one human to another. Technology just isn’t there yet.
Ribs normally knit back together by themselves, over a period of several months. Pretty uncomfortable until then, though.
I wish we would stop paying this attention whore in her favorite currency.

When Trump said maybe the Russians could find Hillary’s lost emails, plenty of journalists and democrats clutched their pearls and said it was proof that Trump was working with the Russians.

Beyond the obvious idiocy of such a thing, I doubt an 85 year old in Ginsburg’s condition would survived the surgery.
