Hungary has banned gender studies from universities due to low enrollment, which causes waste of tax payer money, and because there are no more than two sexes. From Fox News:
Left-wing critics say it’s academically problematic, politically unheard of in a democratic society, and argue gender studies degrees do lead to jobs. Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who has been called the Donald Trump of Europe, signed the decree, which went into effect Saturday, removing gender studies from a list of approved master’s programs, though students already enrolled will be grandfathered in.
“The Hungarian government is of the clear view that people are born either men or women,” Orban’s chief of staff said in August. “They lead their lives the way they think best, but beyond this, the Hungarian state does not wish to spend public funds on education in this area.”

When I was young, “gender studies” took place in the back seat of my car at the drive in. So, all the drive ins close and the result is “gender studies” (LOL) in schools. That’s just not right.
In my day, words had gender and people had sex - as it should be.
Simple common sense and clarity of thought. And it makes the news.
I find it amazing that we in the West must now look to Africa to find *real* Christianity and to Eastern Europe to find the *real* definition of “freedom”.
It shows that Eastern Europeans have more than two functioning brain cells, unlike Western Europeans, who don’t.
Hungary is in Eastern Europe and is in a huge fight with the leftist EU.

Too bad Hungarian is an extremely difficult language, totally unrelated to most European languages, English included. Polish, while not as difficult for English speakers, is considerably harder to learn than Germanic or Romance languages, which have related vocabularies and, in the case of Germanic, grammatical similarities.
