Grassley, McConnell, and other neocons can't stand the concept of an actual fight and are cowards. I am so tired with these morons. People tell me I'm wasting my vote if I don't vote GOP to "stop the dems"- when will they start stopping them exactly?

Excellent rant!

Executive summary: Almost all the Republicans in Congress fall into one of two categories: 1) Demoralized cowards, 2) corrupt people controlled by the same money that controls the Democrats.

This is exactly how the process should unfold:

The U.S. Senate is tasked with managing a confirmation process, so the Republicans in the Senate (especially on the Judiciary Committee) have to maintain at least a public posture of impartiality. This is why Grassley's public statements have all been focused on the Democrat-led breakdowns in the process, and the insistence on having Buzzy Ford testify under the terms of the process (not her terms).

Kavanaugh is Trump's nominee. Let the White House provide the artillery to rebut any of these allegations against him.

It may be high time for two statements -- one public and one "leaked" to the media -- to make their way into the public domain.

1. The first would be a public statement calling on anyone with an allegation against Kavanaugh to prepare a sworn affidavit and submit it to the Senate Judiciary Committee or the FBI. That right there will eliminate about 99.5% of the mutants crawling out of the sewers right now.

2. The second would be a quiet, simmering sentiment in the White House that Dianne Feinstein is looking to screw Brett Kavanaugh because she's an anti-Catholic bigot. This would explain why she didn't do any of this when Neil Gorsuch was the nominee.

What, what can the Republicans possibly do in the face of that notorious and dastardly mastermind, the

aka Avanatti.

What oh what I ask with a large heaping helping of sarcasm.

Flake and Corker are leaving. We should pick up more reliable senators. Vote republican and stop the wailing.

Let’s assume that Sen. Grassley has a problem with lame-duck Senators Flake and Corker.

Now, how would YOU get those two copperheads to support Judge Kavanaugh?

Do you realize how much easier McConnell and Ryan’s life would have been this year if they were in the minority? The same for most Rs in congress. They are in DC to live the life of the elites, not to represent the people or push any ideology. Being the majority sucks because there are many expectations and few excuses.

... and yet the GOP -- these senators and members of congress -- represent the last civilized line of defense to preserve our American Republic, our Constitution and our liberty. If they fail to act -- and to act decisively and without fear of the Left (admittedly not an easy thing to face) -- there is little else we can do to save our Republic except to counter the Left's violence and moral turpitude with an overwhelming response (also not an easy thing for civilized people to accept).

Well, they were throwing it. Now, their licking of transsexual Frankenstein and her crew is starting to help with showing the U.S.A. the stinky backside of feminism. Get a long look, all of you romantics! When you anti-Kavanaugh senators have had enough national embarrassment, change your votes to confirm!

Vote Democrat. That’ll show them.

Only Flake is on Grassley’s Judiciary Committee. Corker is McConnell’s problem.

Note that Senate Judiciary has top RINOs Hatch, Graham, Flake, Cornyn, and Tillis.

It’s herding cats.
