6th amendment:
“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law...”

That means Huber CAN’T prosecute anyone for crimes comitted outside Utah, and they can’t just change the jurisdiction boundaries after the crime.

It’s in the friken Constitution, plain as day.

“That means Huber CAN’T prosecute anyone for crimes comitted outside Utah”

The Intelligence Community maintains huge data facilities in Utah. Classified data there may have been criminally misused.

In any event, Attorney General Sessions March memo to Chairman Grassley pretty clearly indicated that Huber would be leading a task force of prosecutors, just as has been done in the past for widespread criminal activities like organized crime, drug cartels, child pornography, credit card theft, gangs and hostile intelligence operations.

Jessie Liu in DC can file charges there, as could any other prosecutor who might be assigned to a task force led by Huber, within their own respective jurisdictions.

But it’s federal jurisdiction which extends to anywhere in any federal bldg in the country. If you’d been paying attention you would know Huber has had a seated grand jury in the federal courthouse in Salt Lake City. Of course only those of us who do not really on the lying media for data would know this. Moron. Get ready to eat crow.
