In any event, Attorney General Sessions March memo to Chairman Grassley pretty clearly indicated that Huber would be leading a task force of prosecutors, just as has been done in the past for widespread criminal activities like organized crime, drug cartels, child pornography, credit card theft, gangs and hostile intelligence operations.
Jessie Liu in DC can file charges there, as could any other prosecutor who might be assigned to a task force led by Huber, within their own respective jurisdictions.
Exposing what the DOJ, FBI, CIA and Obama administration did to influence the election and damage Trumps Presidency after the election is much more important than one supreme court nomination.
