Six people were killed in southeast Bakersfield Wednesday evening in what Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood described as a "mass shooting."

Sounds like the first part was targeted, then maybe he started shooting others who got in the way?

My youngest son got shot by his wife when he moved out because she was using drugs, 21 years ago.
He finally got the bullet removed yesterday.
