A Hispanic principal is systematically booting white, Jewish and older teachers from his Midtown high school, current and former staffers allege in lawsuits.
“I think he hates us,’’ Peter Cohn, a former teacher at the HS of Art and Design, said of the school’s principal, Manuel Ureña.
A Manhattan federal suit filed by teacher Todd Young claims Ureña, who is of Dominican heritage, initiated a mass faculty replacement at the school after being appointed principal in 2016.
Young’s suit accuses Ureña of trumping up disciplinary and performance complaints against teachers to clear them out.
“Since Principal Ureña has arrived at the school, he has targeted several Jewish teachers,” the suit says, naming Young and another teacher, Maya Zabar, as targets.
Ureña also “targeted many Caucasian teachers at the school and overwhelmingly hired Hispanic teachers to replace Caucasian teachers.”
In a separate federal case against Ureña, Zabar says the principal failed to provide Jewish teachers time off for Yom Kippur and gave them unjustifiably poor ratings

Hispanics are very tribal. They are also insecure and feel less threatened by their own kind. Many are where they are due to Affirmative Action and government obsession with diversity have trouble handling administrative positions.
They should be closely watched in any job that requires handling of cash accounts. These observations have been gleaned from many years in Texas public school systems.

In my experience Hispanics very much have a group think tendency. This is the brand of fill in the blank product you buy, this is which restaurant you got to etc. So they were told early on to look for the donkey and Kennedy when voting and it stuck. Almost impossible to undo this.

The specially-privileged member of a government-certified victim group is protected. It can $hit on Jews, Whites, Christians. But it had better look out: it is lower than Blacks and m*slims, and can get $hit on by them, on the who-$hits-on-who-totem-pole.

Some weird vibes about this. Dismissing teachers in NYC schools, especially senior teachers, is incredibly difficult. Now harassments like class assignments, programs forcing teachers to teach in multiple rooms during the day , scheduling lunch at 10 AM, these are doable but too obvious if done to a selected group of staff members. Also NYC schools are cliosed on Yom Kippur so I have no idea what that complaint is about. Also despite the UFT’s current Pres Mike Mulgrew’s ethnic Irish roots, the union is still dominated by Jewish leadership. I doubt it would stand in silence at this, especially given its historic stand in defense of Jewish staff against the Black Radical Ocean Hill Brownsville community school board’ attempt to purge its schools of white teachers in 1968 that led to a two month long city wide teacher strike. This story needs further investigation before being accepted. Possible? Of course. Likely? To be determined
If white people become the minority does that mean we can go on welfare and have the minorities support us?
