There’s something cartoonish about Graham here. The pictures you posted made me chuckle aloud. I guess he looks like the old Dagwood cartoon character when he was in trouble.
What was so crucial that they would attempt to pass something under the noses of two generals watching for just this sort of thing, let alone the photographers etc.

U.S. forces confirm death of ISIS leader in Afghanistan
US forces in Afghanistan confirmed Sunday that the head of ISIS in the country was killed in a strike a little over a week ago.
The strike, on Saturday, August 25, was in the eastern area of Nangarhar province and killed Abu Sayed Orakzai, according to a statement from US forces in Afghanistan.
CNN reported previously that the ISIS leader and 10 other fighters from the terrorist group were killed in an airstrike, according to provincial spokesman Attaullah Khogyani.
This was part of the no name “passing” take down sequence this past week (?)
you’ve hit on something here that I’ve pondered - what are the odds that this gets caught in full by the “random” camera pans catching the right things at the right time.
I was first struck by this noting that there are two different angles of the same place and they sequence from one to another. When I’ve seen similar things on C-SPAN, etc., they cover disjoint areas of a room - there are a limited number of cameras so they have different vantage spots.
In the realm of “there are no coincidences” and “these people are stupid”, then this has been staged for our consumption (by white hats). White Hats control AF2, National Cathedral, the feeds that are going out, etc.
one possible scenario - Huma is in PANIC and facing PAIN - she’s told, “Just have Huma bring it to Lindsey at the funeral. He’ll know what to do with it” ... so she sets up the distraction from her end not knowing that the whole thing is then being staged for coverage & anons to find.
Let’s take it from a different perspective. Graham has been very...accomodating lately. Overall very supportive of Trump. I think this was a set up, not of Graham but Huma. Now watch it again.

At the funeral for no name at the National Cathedral yesterday, afterwards people got up and mingled as they left the sanctuary.
The live cameras catch Huma Abedin come directly to Lindsey Graham and the two embrace. Slow motion lip reading seems to show Lindsey telling Huma, “I’ve missed you”. As they come together or separate, it appears Lindsey Graham may have placed something into her purse with former Senator Kelly Ayotte looking alongside and running her fingers through her hair, a possible signal, as Huma first approach.
Meanwhile General Mattis and General Kelly are right nearby and zeroing in on the action while speaking to Henry Kissinger though they are then distracted by somebody who then starts talking to General Kelly. The woman between them may be General Kelly’s wife or - SURPRISE - a former member of the Podesta Group staff.
As Huma leaves, looking scared to death, and Lindsey Graham looks guilty as can be, Kelly gives him a full on stare and then takes his finger to his face / eye like “I see” and Lindsey then sheepishly feels the flap of his jacket pocket with his left hand, and then reaches down and seems to feel something at the bottom of his pocket (something Huma dropped or a listening device to catch what she told him?)

A further refinement of my theory. It was a set up of Huma. Graham is not stupid. See my earlier post. It may be that Huma is cooperating, thus the drop.
Graham is working his old contacts. He’s white.
