It wouldn’t matter to the left if Obama used the exact same phrase. It would be akin to blacks being allowed to use the n word, but it’s racist when whites use it. So blacks, especially Obama, uttering the phrase, “monkey this up” will be perceived the same way. Sorry to be pessimistic. The left just doesn’t get it. They think hypocrites are only on the right.
Fox 13, Tampa noted that the black Republican Caucus of Florida said the monkey comment was not racist.
Those south Florida counties are the ones that gave Gillum his primary victory.

Most of us have heard that phrase used all our lives. Nothing to do with race. If certain people think of the black race when that phrase is spoken, the racism is inherent in them only. This will go nowhere.
This is business at usual.
