I hear you. My contention is if cops are super citizens, then if found guilty, they should have automatic death penalty or maximum sentence for what they did.
But the super citizen clause does not cut both ways in this world.

However, almost every week, I read about someone receiving death threats.
But, I almost never read about someone being prosecuted for making death threats.
Obvious Conclusion...
Phones and emails are untraceable unless there is a FISA warrant.
