Every Black person I know owns a cat - most also own a dog. And there are MANY dog-fanciers among Black people who are very involved in AKC activities and breeding.

As a white person, I enjoy forcing blacks to take out loans for things I know they can’t afford and then forcing them to walk away from those loans when they don’t want to pay on them anymore. I try to keep their FICO scores well below 600 and if I can drive them into the 400s I feel I am doing my job well.

What is really pathetic is that these types of people (the author and those interpreting the data) actually believe this crap, and think they are actually ‘really smart’. It’s a waste of time engaging with them, in any context.

It never seems to occur to them that home ownership is higher among whites in part because more whites live in rural areas where housing is cheaper, whereas more blacks live in urban areas where housing is astronomical.

When I bought my home I purchased 2 one pound salt containers.
29 years later I still have a bit of one.
The only thing I use salt for is fried eggs.
Prolly burned thru 8 pounds of black pepper though, and did I mention garlic?
