A crazy thing happened at the last remaining abortion facility in the state of Mississippi. A woman headed to the abortion clinic for her appointment but gave birth to her baby there instead.
The Jackson Womens Health Organization is the last abortion facility in the state of Mississippi and it has frequently been behind challenges to pro-life laws designed to save more babies from abortions. Although the lives of unborn children are normally taken there on a daily basis one baby escaped its abortion agenda.
A patient on her consultation visit, whose name was not released, went into labor as she awaited an ultrasound to see how far along she was in her pregnancy, said Shannon Brewer, director of Jackson Womens Health Organization.
The clinic in the states capital city is the only place in Mississippi where abortions are performed. Mississippi has a population of almost 3 million people, including about 1 million women of child-bearing age.
A clinic doctor delivered the baby, Brewer said. The mother and daughter were transported to a local hospital after the birth and are in good health.
The clinic keeps the age and name of its patients confidential for safety reasons and did not release the gestational age of the baby.
The abortion business is suing to overturn the states ban on late abortions.
Took her 9 months to consider abortion? Sheesh.
Surprising that they just didn’t kill it anyway.
USA TODAY covered this!!
So glad Operation Rescue was alert! This woman was not there for a “check up” she was there for an abortion and something went wrong!
Under Mississippi law, getting an abortion after 16 weeks is illegal.
This baby was way past 16 weeks as it was born! No one goes to an abortion clinic for an ultrasound! This was an induced abortion and she was checking on it.
She birthed it, it cried, THEN she wanted it. She’s shutting the f up because she knows she did something illegal too.
So another botched abortion? This time late term?
Some future birthday: “Mom, tell me about the day I was born?” “Well dear, I was on my way to kill you but then you surprised me by coming out before I had the chance!”
Yea..would say it was a botch partial birth abortion.
Duh, maybe I's pregnant? Ya think? Better go get an abortion just in case.
Surprised the abortion place didn’t just grab the baby and ...
A judge blocked implementation of the 16-week limit.
Well president obama was okay with letting such babies die gasping for air for hours in linen closets.
Negative death-care outcome.
what? did she keep the baby after it was born? this is pretty screwed up.
Its called *after birth* abortion. Some lib doctors would like it to be at least 5 min. It’s easier if the baby is all the way out. Trying to plunge scissors into the baby’s neck while only it’s head is out is tricky. Sometimes they miss and stab the *mom* instead...
I have a nice story that I've told my son about how his Mom went into labor late at night.
We lived out in the country and has I drove hurriedly towards the city at 2AM, I got pulled over my a policeman.
I hopped out of the car quickly and ran to the policeman to excitedly tell him my wife was having a baby.
He gave us an escort into the city.
The intent of the visit should be more than sufficient for the state to remove the child but its not attempted murder with depraved indifference if you let a govt certified doctor kill your baby for you.
i’d certainly agree that young lady should have some supervision with that baby now. No one is going to remove the baby from the home.
I wonder if the murders were standing by to kill the baby as soon as it popped out? Did they demand to kill the baby and saying they could always say ‘it was dead’.
