Seen the vid of the Miss fan pulling the interviewer’s leg?
Here’s the long version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tg2vtZcIwtQ&feature=youtu.be
Id like to know if any real evidence that he did what he was charged with.
Lots of people take a lea deal even if they are innocent.
Take a plea deal that avoids any jail time vs. a trial that would likely mean many years in prison even though you are innocent? Thats an easy decision.
Prosecutors get people to accept such pleas even when the prosecutor knows the person is innocent. Happens all the time.
Yup. He said that he took the deal to protect his family from the drama of a trial, including presumably the alleged victim.
Did some research on this. He was charged with two counts of molestation. He states that he had bad legal advice and plead guilty to one count that allegedly occurred sometime between February 2011 and December 2011.
IOW, there was no evidence. 4year-old was likely coerced into a false memory. My guess is that the girls mother had some sort of issue with the guys family.
This has coerced plea written all over it.
Arkansas had it won, foul ball and three guys watched it go right between them.
Then OSU tied it up. 4-4.
Score is actually 3-3 Top of the Ninth.
And a HR gives OSU a 5-3 lead.
Nightmare.
OSU wins 5-3!
Game 3 tomorrow.
Hard to see Arkansas coming back from this. Reminded me of the Rangers Game Six against the Cardinals.
Once he got out of jail, he is entitled to a chance to live his life. He will wear the mantle of his crime forever.
uhm no. I grew up o Jim Murray LA Times one of the best ever and he did on and off field columns.
They've all got Keith Olbermann Syndrome - thinking if they throw in the right amount of politically correct commentary CNN will come calling to offer them bigger jobs as "real" reporters.
Oregon State are the Champs! 5-0.
You gotta feel sick for Arkansas. You just knew there was no way they were going to come back from last night.
There is not a single person I know, realizing that going to trial would most likely result in a very long prison sentence, would make a different decision.
Little kids can be talked into saying things happened that are impossible to have occurred.
I believe the player.
Me too. Great post. I've been watching these cases for 30 years. People learn nothing and the lynch mob is out.
The Innocence Project says, in effect, any confession by a minor is virtually meaningless. I really feel bad for this kid.
