He’s a socialist for money in the US Treasury, but a capitalist for money that has found its way to his bank account.
There you go! May he suffer the same crony capitalist downfall as General Electric. The pretenders don't do well in Trump's economy. They only do well when the refs stack the playing field in their favor.

Musk admitting what we already know to be true will only endear him further to leftist idiots who know nothing about investing but continue to heap government grants and gifts upon him.
Imagine if you will, a guy, who has never produced a profit in his life starting a car company, developing rockets, batteries, solar farms, underground transport tubes, all costing tens of billions of dollars and none of them ever making a penny of profit. And they all wait in line to jump aboard his next scheme to defraud the taxpayers. Musk makes Madoff look like a piker.
