None of the online stories I see identify the victims gender. The victim chased the guy and that’s when the pistol-whipping occurred. I think it would be pretty rare for a woman to try to chase down her attacker. No matter, I see it reported in the last few minutes he’s now been sentenced to 7.5 to 15 years with the poop charge still pending. I suspect the prosecutor will push that through to the end to send a message to any other geniuses who might think of doing the same thing
