The superstar couple are struggling to get bums on seats and UK fans are being handed freebies and upgrades
The superstar couple have thousands of unsold tickets for their UK dates, forcing them to cover large sections of seating in the stadium venues.
Fans outside their Glasgow concert reported being handed freebies while others said they were offered upgrades for nothing.
One wrote on Twitter: “If you are near Hampden Park go to the main parking lot they are giving out free tickets for the Beyoncé & Jay Z concert because of empty seats.”
Another tweeted: “Met Beyoncé’s security in work and he’s offered me free tickets for tonight.”
Tickets range from £51 to £475 for a VIP standing pass.

No wonder they can’t sell tickets. Those prices are outrageous considering that their fans are mostly young and don’t have hundreds of dollars to spare for a few hours (if that) ‘entertainment’.
Jay Z’s black racism doesn’t help, either. Even in England, few young black folks have over $600. to spend on one show and he has made his animosity towards whites very clear so why would they want to help enrich him?

Agreed. We're still in transition and experiencing "growing pains" but in some respects, things are moving a lot more smoothly and quickly for the greater culture than I would have predicted.

Probably tried selling high cost ticket packages on stubhub for tickets that the public never had a shot at. Had to get someone in those seats and take what cash they could get.
