Question. If iPhones are locked, what does the person stealing one do with it?

I enter a 6 digit code so I can use my phone. I’ve wondered the same as you posted. If someone steals my phone, what good is it to them?
An “iCloud Locked” iPhone is valuable only for parts. But even here it is still valuable.
