"Flight of the Kitteh" - kitty video plus crazed classical music
Me, via YouTube ^ | 6/1/18 | Me, as "Hopalong Ginsberg"

Posted on 06/01/2018 9:58:44 AM PDT by Slings and Arrows

I wasn't sure whether this was a music video or a kitty video, so I decided to err on the side of self-promotion.

Kitteh: Deimos

Briefly-Glimpsed Kitteh: Zia

Music: "Flight of the Bumblebee," N. Rimsky-Korsakov, performed by Hopalong Ginsberg (yeah, it's MIDI programming)

You’ve done it again, dear Slings! Watching the looniness that is felinicity brought back memories of my darling kitteh who waged pitched battles with a Q-tip. Sometimes, the Q-tip won! It used jiu jitsu and flipped him tail over head. I miss that baby.

Our Tigger awakened us at 3:30am with a very lively mouse toy. My own fault for letting her become an indoor/outdoor kitty.

Yep. That’s what kitties do. Mine love to perform chase-—reverse chase-—chase, especially when I’m laying in bed and thus become part of the cat highway. Much better than an alarm clock, if you want to wake up at 3 a.m....

How was the pink mouse activated?

Upon reflection, people who don’t like cats have never met the right cats. There is a kitteh to fit every job opening. It’s simply a matter of educating them (the people, not the kittehs). Also, I don’t get islamics—there’s a dog for every person—what’s not to like? Weird.

Yes. And a learning experience. I now know that soggy cat chow can be used as food for a baby starling. Kitties bring us all kinds of interesting lessons.
