OKLAHOMA CITY - A mother and daughter were shot Thursday night at a popular restaurant on Lake Hefner in northwest Oklahoma City, police said. The shooting occurred at Louie’s Grill & Bar at 9401 Lake Hefner Parkway around 6:30 p.m.
According to Captain Bo Mathews with the Oklahoma City Police Department, the suspect described as an 18 to 20-year-old white male entered the restaurant and opened fire.
A mother and daughter celebrating a birthday were the shooting victims. They were both transported to OU Medical Center. News 9 has learned that the victims are Natalie Will and her daughter, Niah.
Police confirmed a third female victim has minor injuries.

Please a moment of silence for the shooter. Now three oh yaa’s For the armed citizen. Look laughing during moments of silence is really rude. bwaahaahaaaa. Prayers for the victims and the citizen who helped are definitely in order.
More info in this story. Looks like the shooter may have been outside when he started shooting at people (according to the injured girl’s Dad). That would explain why the good guy took him down outside of the restaurant.
...Or not...since the police say he “entered” the restaurant...one of those stories is wrong:)
Sounds like the suspect shot them in the back from the tree line/parking lot out front, as they were walking into the restaurant.
The suspect either knew the victims, or the suspect is simply another nutcake. Could be terrorism, but I doubt it in this case.
Just glad there was someone there to eliminate the threat. If he was in the tree line, perhaps his plan was to shoot people as they fled.
Add a ‘yeah buddy’ to the good guy with a gun for saving the taxpayers millions for court and prison costs.
This is clearly the answer especially in our children’s schools. If a bad guy comes into to kill people. A good guy takes out a gun and shoots bad guy in brain. All gone!!

What in the world. But I would have to say I would be quite confident that someone would be armed at any OKC restaurant.
Liberals will interpret this as just another gun related homicide by a vigilante who put everyone around him at risk.

Yet the armed citizen stops a potential wholesale slaughter/tragedy.
Good thing an armed citizen was present despite our Governor she only wants the wealthy armed. The OSBI sees arming citizens as a revenue source not a public safety issue. They want money more than safe citizens!
