What has Jeff Sessions done that you are thanking him for? Is your appreciation of him doing a good job (in some parts of his area of responsibility) at all tempered by the fact that he fell right into the trap set for him by Sally Yates, Chuck Schummer and Rod Rosenstein, and is directly responsible for the subsequent appointment of Mueller.
Still at least a 50/50 chance Mueller ends up either indicting Trump or providing fodder for his impeachment.
I'm not really all that thankful of Sessions. Along with the Very Stable Genius I think he should not have taken the job if he didn't have to stomach to do it. That includes letting people say bad things about you as you protect the boss. (See: Holder, Eric).
