screws and washers” are falling off the spacecraft and sunshield it is building.......................... Errrrrrrr? Maybe if you use American made nuts and bolts there wouldn’t be a problem. I have a damn time using nails and screws that are imported. Our stuff is like hard metal, not marshmallows.

I guess that covering adhesives is a bit too old school when you’re building stuff. You know, the last guys that didn’t need adhesives when building were the Romans, and I don’t think that too many of them are left to teach at engineering schools. Everyone since then has used adhesives.
