Dershowitz: Investigate Mueller's Role Protecting Whitey Bulger
Newsmax ^ | 23 April 2018 | Cathy Burke

Harvard law professor and author Alan Dershowitz argued Monday that former FBI director and current special counsel Robert Mueller should be investigated for his role in protecting a notorious FBI informant — and that civil liberties are at stake.

In a column for the Washington Examiner, Dershowitz decries that “any criticism or even skepticism regarding Mueller’s history is seen as motivated by a desire to help” President Donald Trump.

Except that it hasn’t, really.

News like this (real news, as opposed to the fake stuff we normally see) rarely makes it to prime time on the major outlets. Unless you’ve seen something I have not, this story has yet to gain any meaningful traction. In a just world, yes, it would mean Mueller goes from hunter to hunted. But for THIS president at this time, things just do not work that way.

In the end, Dershowitz will let you down. I have zero confidence in this smirking, self-satisfied liberal hack.

What? Is Dershowitz trying to spoil the movie?

...the other two eventually were released and sued the government.

This is a local Boston story that's recently gotten the attention of one of our local talk hosts,Howie Carr. The four (two guys, two estates) were awarded $101 million by a Federal court.

Is this the sharpest arrow in our quiver to destroy Mueller’s credibility? I hope there will be other examples, somewhat more clear and recent.

Letting down implies expectations. This is all icing on the cake.

Dersh is doubling down on a strategy thst seems to be working for him. What are the right wingers going to do in mid froth over how wonderful he is when they learn there is evidence he had sex with a 16 year old numerous times? His constitutional genius ends three inches below his belly button.

Dershowitz, as a resident of Massachusetts absolutely despised both Bulger brothers. Generally find him repulsive but his constant criticism and rants against them took some courage. Then again he was in Boston and not Brooklyn.

Hannity has been covering this for sometime now. Mueller is up to his eyeballs in this injustice.

Mueller needs to have all of his cases looked at.

Then, Comey needs all of his cases looked at.

“Is this the sharpest arrow in our quiver to destroy Mueller’s credibility? I hope there will be other examples, somewhat more clear and recent.”

This is one of the biggest scandals in the history of the FBI.

Mueller let innocent men spend 20 years in prison for a crime they did not commit and for which the FBI had exculpatory evidence.

There are many other examples of Mueller being corrupt. Here are a few:

Under Washington SOP, this sort of thing gets used as leverage to get the problem individual to “see the light,” in the present case, it would be used by a lieutenant of PDJT to induce Mueller to take a suggestion and declare that there is nothing to be found and his investigation will wind down.

Interesting that PDJT isn’t taking that route.

This “smirking,” “self-centered,” “liberal hack,” as you call him, has done more in the last couple of months to stand up for our President than any Republican in Congress.
