You are wrong. That $1.6B is for border security. Only $641 is allowed to go toward a barrier and there is language in there that says nothing like the prototypes he built can be built. Thus, it is actually more restrictive and limiting against a wall than if nothing were passed.

Agree unfortunate bill, but it seems that funding the military right now was higher priority. Since this is only a 6 month budget, this takes care of that high priority. I would see it as more of a fail if they caved on DACA without the wall. JMHO.
