One of these likely discloses the cozy relationship between rogue FBI and FusionGPS, on general surveillance. IOW, unrelated to the Carter Page warrant obtained on bogus grounds. The April 2017 FISC Opinion revolves around blanket warrantless surveaillance, and the ability of the government to dip into that trove for political advantage.
