Many thanks for that. For other benefit, FISCR is the appeals court directly above the FISA "Magistrate" Court (FISC for short).

The instant decision allows ACLU and others to argue their case - FISCR found the ACLU had standing. No decision on the merits.

The subject is further disclosure of redacted portions of FISC decisions released in, IIRC, April last year. One of these likely discloses the cozy relationship between rogue FBI and FusionGPS, on general surveillance. IOW, unrelated to the Carter Page warrant obtained on bogus grounds. The April 2017 FISC Opinion revolves around blanket warrantless surveaillance, and the ability of the government to dip into that trove for political advantage.
