This is THE REASON why the "church" of scientology is being forced to take this route.

Leah Remini's show exposing the cult is DAMNING and DECIMATING the cult and those who adhere to its utterly rediculous, delusional, ludicrous space-cadet, sci-fi, pseudo "theology" money making scheme.

After watching just a few episodes of her and Mike Rinder's show, no one in their right mind would join or wilfully continue within the cult unless they are completely brain washed.

No wonder the cult is going this route; they have to promote pro cult scientology TV propaganda to counteract the truth being broadcast by Remini and others on a regular basis because it's literally killing their recruitment, retention and financial business models!

Cult TV. Hang on to your wallets. Scientology is a total fraud.

This is their brilliant countermove to address the truth of Leah Remini’s series exposing Scientology.

It might appear that way, but this has been in the works for a long time. The church purchased the old KTLA studios in Hollywood years before Leah's A&E series began.

In truth, they have no effective counter to the revelations in that series, because it's all true.

That was my first thought. Man, that was a bad movie. (The book was decent...but long.)

Thanks forthe link. That's it in a nut shell.

And to think you don't even have to pay the bazillions of dollars the cult of "scientology" demands to "climb 'the bridge'" in order to learn this super special-sauce "secret" that only the very elites in the cult can ever learn or attain after they have worked for years, payed through the nose to the tune of hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars, and in many cases signed away their lives to the cult of "scientology" in a BINDING CONTRACT to this so-called "church" FOR A B I L L I O N YEARS!

Watch the video; this is what crazy L. Ron and his deluded band of acolytes believe, and what scientology teaches!

This is more a reflection of the decline of TV coming down in price to the level groups like Scientology can afford than Scientology’s “power”.

I recommend watching Leah Remini’s “Going Clear” on Amazon Instant Video.

Trust me - the church began hemorrhaging members long before Leah Remini and Mike Rinder ever left the cult. They've been contracting for over thirty years now.

The church has run off the vast majority of their members. Today, they're down to no more than 50,000 active members in the US. In the 70s and 80s their orgs were bustling beehives of activity. Today, they're practically devoid of life.

Miscavige doesn't give a damn about Scientology. He gave up on the religion and its adherents long ago, and has spent the last twenty five years squeezing every last dollar out of the Scientology public, and amassing a fortune in real estate. He couldn't care less if the whole thing imploded tomorrow. He's got a diamond encrusted, platinum getawy plan, all set to go.

Everything you say is true. That said, given all of the illegal, prosecutable activities that have and are taking place within the cult Miscavige could very well end up broke and in jail.

If not, he will one day die like crazy L. Ron did and unless he repents of his cult and comes to saving faith in Christ I wouldn't want to be in his proverbial shoes when he stands before the Lord Jesus Christ in judgment.

On the other hand, what time does that 'Clear' superpower lightning get taught that you use to fry Oprah?

The worst... EVER science fiction writer, failed naval officer and paranoid schizo who created all the elements of this fake “religion” out his crummy books. The e-meter— want to have fun— plug yourself in with a couple of small AA batteries wired to your skin. Send the “auditor” around the bend trying to figure out how the thing isn’t working.

A joke— like 1920s fake medical devices. The “device” is to justify the ever increasing fees to become “clear” of..... alien beings who have taken over a person. Honest to God— what utter horsecrap. Take a look at these people aside from the bastards who are ripping everyone off from up near the top (and this cretin Miscavige who is a weasel through and through)— they look like the cult people who were waiting for the mother ship, and killed themselves— or Jim Jones. and their enforcers?- oh how would love to see one of them come up against some serious muscle and get their a@@es kicked.
This entire operation is debilitating to human nature and is a vampire on people’s very souls- those with weak constitutions and nearly no backbone. In short.. “marks” for the grifters, who are now going where they can find more idiots— television... the most sincere form of imitation.

Yeah the e-Meter is similar to the galvanic skin response sensor on a polygraph So in a very crude sense it measures emotional response to their “interview questions”. They use that “response” to their questions during the “interviews” to manipulate their “mark”.

I have little faith in that ever happening. No state Attorney General wants to tangle with Scientology. They have a well earned reputation for being the most litigious religious group in the country, and can marshal an army of shark toothed lawyers in an instant.

Miscavige is also protected by a cloak of religious cover. He can get away with things that would send any CEO to prison - or at least, the unemployment line.

His pockets are deep enough to keep the lights on until the cash registers finally stop ringing, at which point he'll begin liquidating the carcass and bones of the organization he destroyed.
