Time to shed your normalcy bias. Evil has been allowed to flourish for a very long time. In fact, so much of what we even take as normal, is in fact, very much part of the evil or at least, provides the foundation and cover for the system enabling the evil.

That said, Q himself leaves just enough clues for those who support the President to believe that, whoever he is, he is credible.
And he leaves just enough misinformation/obfuscation to provide evidence for disbelief and/or confusion by those in the Deep State.
An exception to the above is that Q likes to rattle the cage of the Deep State on occasion...so he also drops just enough real evidence so that even the Deep State is afraid that he may speak with authority after all.
Yet, as Corsi says, whoever Q is, he is either an extremely accomplished spook or acting at the direction of one. He is a master at concealing his identity in plain sight.

Prime Minister Max Bellerive also tells The Associated Press his country is open to having the Americans tried in the United States. Bellerive says some of the children have parents who are alive. The government is attempting to locate them. He says a judicial system needs to determine whether the Americans were acting in good faith, as they claim, or are child traffickers. The Americans are mostly from Idaho. They have been held since being arrested January 29 trying to enter the Dominican Republic with the children.

If this is what's happening (I say "if" because we don't know and we never will), those drops that appear to be haphazard are actually incredibly precise (whether speaking of real information or disinformation). That can only be accomplished by one person (otherwise the message could be garbled or self-conflicting in an unintentional manner).
