A Haiku:

Garrison Keelor
Thinks he is a raconteur
But He’s just a bore.

Liberals tend to be great raconteurs — charming liars.

The late Jean Shepherd was America's raconteur par excellence.   For a sample of him doing his thing, here he is doing "Jean Shepherd Live at the Limelight - 'Army Stories'".

(The way this relates to today's news is that this is much more pleasurable to listen to than today's news, and displays a much higher level of truth-telling.)      :-)

It is obvious that many of those
Who report what they call news
Are raconteurs and clever liars
Just trying to sell liberal views

Like a bunch of carnival barkers
Snickering, they whisper and grin
Right in front of a sideshow tent
So you’re tempted to go right in

But it’s all just smoke and mirrors-
That is how the con artists get paid-
You hand over money to get inside
And discover you’ve been played...

They used to be charming. Rather, I fell for it until I finally got red-pilled.

Have a nice weekend.
