Should have looked closer before posting that, was just headed off for bed when I found it, then was curious and looked after I posted it. Tons of foreign nationals, many with numerous Alias’ it looks like, There is a list of the executive orders referenced at the end of the document... A whole bunch of them.
Looked at your link - spun through about 30 pages or so - lots of arab-looking names - saw a bunch of company names with “aero” prefixes.
Saved the link - could come in handy as we are looking for more details as all of this unfolds.
That list gets updated by treasury mostly on a weekly basis, though sometimes more often.
