Edited on 02/13/2018 7:01:59 AM PST by Admin Moderator. [history]

This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to share information and opinions about Q Anon content. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner.

This thread is a continuation of the prior Q Anon thread located here:

http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3630912/posts?q=1&;page=1>

I plan to post one thread at a time and ping new drops posted to it. The current schedule is to post new threads Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. When I post each (new) thread, the prior thread is retired and all new posts occur on the newest thread.

If you are new to Q Anon, the three links below provide overviews to help answer the questions, "Who is Q?" and "Why read Q drops?".

Is Trump Staging a Counter-Coup? [Q explained?]>
Note: The above thread has been locked for disruptive comments, but post #1 includes a strong, concise Who/What/Where overview.

Q Anon: A Freeper's post re the "new Parallel Construct that Trump has created"

First post to “Q” ping list. Please read and let me know if you want off or on it

All Q "drops" (i.e., posts) can be read with their original formatting at the following link:

https://qcodefag.github.io

You can locate my prior Q Anon threads by searching the key words "Q Anon" or "Qanon" using the search window in the upper right of the Free Republic's forum page. The active Q Anon thread will be shown at the top (newest) of the search results.

Q drops (i.e., posts) often use acronyms. A few FReepers have begun to organize acronym into helpful reference materials. Here is Swordmaker's list of acronyms for your reference:

A FReeper list of acronyms used in Q Anon "drops."

Please private message me to report trolls. The Admins have limited time to deal with requests regarding trolls and I'm hoping to reduce abuse reports from this thread from multiple persons into one set of requests.

If you are new to Q Anon trolls, you may find the following thread useful.

Q Anon: Increasing levels of disinformation and trolling

Attention in the Area: The mods are ignoring whines about so-called "trolling". If you can't debate the issue(s), that's your problem, not ours. Keep it civil and no personal attacks.

Its not scifi, its history. In China and ancient Japan, rice was used as a currency and the government’s control of it contrlled the people.

Ha. I’ve gotten that one. It’s rare, though. Too many syllables for common usage.

Not familiar with that, other then generally as a significant part of the northern offensives.

My favorite knowledge of that time and general area was the Battle of the Bulge. WWII vets who I served with in RVN said the great undisclosed “secret” of that battle was that early German success was mainly due to a large number of troops from what everyone thought was a “safe” area being AWOL in Paris “for the Holidays”!

Where was the scam in the Hurtgen Forrest?”

kelly4c said on the previous thread:

“Why do you two love “words?” I think I have been pouring through this thread too long or in a disjointed way because some things are starting to not make sense lol!”

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

LOL! I see what you mean!

Q threads are very challenging material - to try to respond to the request of a mysterious person to research a lot of things happening which are not in the out-in-the-open current events, but are happening under the radar of common experience - but which also at the same time can be known is quite a task! It also adds urgency, because a lot of these things which are known, but are not (yet) common knowledge are the very things which MUST be made known by many people if we desire to retain real FReedom!

I think most participating on this thread would say that their brains are being exercised and eyes are being turned into coals. In other words, we are exhausted at times from physical tiredness, but also mental and emotional weariness. We often on FReeRepublic engage in seeking to encourage each other during a period of intense research. (It was much this way during the gathering of material to put into the hands of those who were seeking make a case for the impeachment of Clintoon. We joke and play with words and sometimes admire the WAY other people express things.

All of that is to say, since we are dealing with each other in the realms of words, words are what are used to convey anything we are seeking to communicate! How can we here NOT love them? LOL!

There are some here, mairdie being a prime example, of one who is educated in the use of words as a science. I am not formally trained in that science, but have a minimal familiarity.

My mastery level of language and words reminds me of when I was studying math in college: I would sit there and be admiring what those numbers were doing to prove a theorem, and I would truly follow and understand it - but then when I was required to use that understanding, it became VERY difficult!

As I understand it, that science of the love of words (and other things related to them) is philology.

FWIW, here is a little bit about it which I found in a quick and dirty search:
Philology

“Philology is the study of language in oral and written historical sources; it is a combination of literary criticism, history, and linguistics. It is more commonly defined as the study of literary texts as well as oral and written records, the establishment of their authenticity and their original form, and the determination of their meaning. A person who pursues this kind of study is known as a philologist.”

Trying to take people’s fun away makes them want to not play with you. That’s why people are asking you to play elsewhere. We don’t like to be told that our playground is stupid. Everyone usually learns this by the age of 5.

I mostly agree. I'm willing to allow a slight amount of wiggle room for the good guys in dispatching the most evil doers, however.

Killing Barlow doesn't sound like something a good guy would do. Don't know how to figure the Snowden connection. Curious.

I could imagine that.

Given that, perhaps Q was aware Barlow was going down by black hats and used it to warn Snowden to please get with it and help before the black hats get to him, too?
