The ship searching for Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 disappeared from tracking screens for three days after it turned off its own satellite monitoring system with no explanation.

At the beginning of January, the US-based company Ocean Infinity was hired by the Malaysian government to search for the missing plane, which disappeared in March 2014. Its ship, Seabed Constructor, began the search on 22 January, but on Thursday, after only 10 days, it turned off its Automatic Identification System (AIS) with no explanation.

Three days later, it reappeared outside the search area and on its way to a scheduled refuelling stop at the Australian port of Fremantle. Neither the Malaysian government nor Ocean Infinity has explained the outage, or where the ship travelled in those three days.

They don’t want to advertise their location.

Ok... either this is something of a military cover up, or this story is journalistic fantasy. Well, there’s always Aliens I guess...

Relative of Rose Mary Woods? Or a Clintonista/Obamite protecting Iranian involvement with MH370?

Sounds like they got too close to what REALLY happened.

Maybe if they weren’t paid for those three days they would be more inclined to explain.

Hmm. If they don’t find it, they don’t get paid.

‘Wonder if they found it?

From the link:
Liow assured that the search mission was on course and the company had “every right” to switch off their transponder.

“We realise that there are many people tracking the ship’s movement, so when the ship’s transponder is switched off, people will be curious and ask what’s happening.

But it is all normal, and if they want to switch it off, they have every right to do so,” said Liow.

He added that there are two Royal Malaysian Navy representatives aboard the vessel providing daily reports to the DCA on the search.

The aircraft is in Iran. Putting on my skulduggery detection hat on for a moment. I wonder if they could be planting “evidence”. Possibly paid to do so. Iran gives them a piece of the tail from the real jet and they drop it overboard to be found later.

If the finder gets paid, why would they broadcast their search area?

If you were searching for gold, would you tell your neighbor where?
