Using a grand jury tells us the fix is in.
It has been said a grand jury will indict a ham sandwich. Bet this one will never indict a goat humping Somali.
The grand jury will be loaded with islamophiles and Somali lovers and we will never know.

The last thing I heard was that Noor had refused to be interviewed by investigators. Does anyone know anything more on this?
They couldn’t delay to protect the Somali jihadi cop any longer?

As I read it, County attorney Mike Freeman will make the call whether to indict or not.
The Grand Jury has been assembled to gather evidence which Freeman will use to make his decision. I hope he makes the right one.
White people will watching this one very closely, including yours truly.
Freeman comes from a long line of lefty politicians, but as far as I can tell, he’s been a pretty good County Attorney.
Seems to pursue correct judgments.
Evidently, Noor lacks quite a lot of what is required to be a competent police officer. Unfortunately, this incident occurred at the intersection of Affirmative Action Street and Muslim Outreach Avenue.
I’m no lawyer, but when this happened, I looked up voluntary manslaughter and fits perfectly for this shooting.
For voluntary manslaughter, you have 1 of 2 things:
1) crime of passion - ex. a guy comes home and finds his wife in bed with the postman, and shoots one or both of them.
2) imperfect self defense - ex. I thought she had a gun.
In any case, whether he was pissed that she wasn’t dressed modestly or he was just “startled”, it doesn’t matter. She wasn’t a threat.
I’m hopeful that the DA is going to a grand jury so he doesn’t have to sign off on a true bill himself so his cop buddies won’t hate him. But it could just we a way to sweep it under the rug.
We’ll see what happens.
YUp. The murderer has clammed up, as is common, especially in police shootings. The really interesting thing though, is that you never hear any comment about his partner. You know, the guy who probably had his hearing permanently damaged because a shot was fired right in his face in an enclosed space without any hearing protection.
The lack of curiosity of all parties in his comments is especially telling.

Affirmative action hire? Huge damage award coming from the civil suit. I hope Damond’s family sues Noor right back into the ice age, so that he hasn’t as much as a camel turd for the rest of his miserable life.

Agreed. We must make this trend as much as possible because anytime a muslim murders a white person, the media suppresses the incident and makes like it never happened.
We must fight back against these horrible liberals destroying our country by bringing these third country nationals into the US in mass.
