I’ll watch. Pats fan.
What I don’t usually watch is the halftime show, which I find rushed and decadent. Yeah, I know, it’s the conservative Kid Rock, but personally, I find his music more noisy than melodic.
The key is: It’s free to watch, and the commercials don’t affect me. I’m a free-rider... wheee!
I’m at an age that I can say I have seen every single Super Bowl.
This will be the first one I’ve missed.
Plenty of room on the golf course on Sunday.
Not a challenge for me.
Brady/Belichick Patriots vs. anyone from Philadelphia?
Pittsburghers would rather watch paint dry on the Roberto Clemente Bridge.
Is the Pope Marxist? Of course the Super Bowl ratings will be down. I would not be surprised if the Las Vegas sports book have a over/under line on how much the Super Bowl ratings go down. I would put that over/under line at a about 9%. In other words the proposition would be do you bet that the Super Bowl ratings will be down more than 9% or will the Super Bowl ratings be down less than 9% versus Super Bowl ratings last year.
[Sunday is your greatest challenge]
Hahaha. Imagine if people went to Church, relaxed without the TV, spent time with family, ate dinner. Maybe even (gasp!) read the Bible. (pr look at Scripture online)
How long does the Puppy Bowl go on for? That would be more entertaining.
Goodell...the man who destroyed the NFL through greed and PC...
Not in this retired Military household.
I won’t watch.
What’s the over/under on whether Justin Timberlake is going to expose any more breasts at halftime?
Still over 40 million. That’s big numbers no matter what. SB ratings will be fine. The NFL is a monster, they’ve now had 2 distribution contracts increase. The fact is they’re actually bucking the trend in TV right now, most networks have dropped more than the NFL.
My dad and I started playing golf on Super Bowl Sundays years ago. The course is always empty and we don’t miss anything.
I hope it kills there ratings!!!!!!
There’s a hockey game on pretty much every day. And I have season tickets for the AHL’s Hershey Bears.
And at a Penguins home game we all sing the National Anthem LOUDLY!
Oh, Canada too, if a Canadian team is in town.
Not in Philly or New England......................
The English AND French versions.
I’m originally from Saskatchewan. ;)
It s not gonna be a problem.

Here! Here!
Screw those SOBs.
It’s actually not a “challenge” at all, Dan. In fact, it’s among the easiest things I’ve ever done. And very liberating.
