Attempted Arkancide?
Maybe but I doubt it. Just Billy Bob drunk again
Damn near took out AR delegation:
WASHINGTON A chartered train carrying dozens of GOP lawmakers to a Republican retreat in West Virginia struck a garbage truck south of Charlottesville, Va., on Wednesday. No lawmakers were believed injured, but at least one person in the truck was said to be seriously injured. Arkansas Reps. Bruce Westerman and Steve Womack were among those on the train, they wrote on Twitter, and Rep. French Hills office also confirmed he is safe and sound. Sen. John Boozman and his wife were also on the train and unhurt, the senators office said. I am fine, Westerman said. No one on the train was injured, as far as I know. Womack wrote that he is safe but praying for all involved. Rep. Rick Crawford said on Twitter that he is fortunate enough to be safe. Crawford also posted a photo showing damage to the front of the train. Sen. Tom Cottons office said he was not on the train. Oklahoma GOP Rep. Tom Cole said a person on the truck may have been injured. Emergency workers were on the scene. Westerman wrote that there were three people in the truck that was struck. Cole said hes not aware of any injuries on the train. A GOP aide speaking on condition of anonymity says no lawmakers were injured. Cole said he felt a tremendous jolt when the collision occurred about 10:15 a.m, nearly two hours after it left Washington headed to the Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va. He said the train stopped quickly after impact. He said several GOP lawmakers who are doctors got off the train to assist, including Rep. Brad Wenstrup, R-Ohio, who was also at in Junes shooting of Republicans at a baseball practice in nearby Alexandria, Va., and treated some of the victims. Other doctor-lawmakers who helped included Reps. Michael Burgess, R-Texas, Phil Roe, R-Tenn., and Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La. Cole said the front of the train hit a vehicle that appeared to be a trash truck, which he said was torn in half. He said the accident apparently occurred at or near a crossing because he could see railroad crossing gates. He said lawmakers had not been told when they would resume their trip to their retreat. At this point, for the sake of the republic, none of them should travel together.
Must have been a lefty garbage truck driver.
Coal’s fault?
Too much of a coincidence not to be fully investigated by Congress. If only one or two senators had been killed, it could have changed the whole balance of power. I wanna know EVERYTHING about that truck driver. Was he being blackmailed? How does he feel about immigration and the second amendment? EVERYTHING.
I wouldn’t be so dismissive of the idea. We’re living in strange times. The anti-American globalists are capable of anything at this point. They’re so desperate for Trump to fail because his success shows that Socialism in the guise of globalism isn’t the answer.
I ask myself from time to time why is it the wealthy who support those ideas? Who’s children get to go more often than not to Ivy league colleges? Legacy aristocracy.
So the garbage truck driver didn’t beat the train this time ..
WSAZ Is saying the man in the garbage truck is dead...don’t know if that is true or not is what am hearing
Same.
Was the truck driver named “Mo” and was the truck full of tannerite?
hah! good point. Good thing that GOP has so many doctors. Can you just imagine if it had been the Dummie Party?
Why retreat in the midst of all this winning? Time to double down the attacks!
Prayers for all involved.
My initial reaction is to ask who the truck driver was
Im suspicious
My initial reaction is to wake the truck driver up from the dead, chew him out, and put him back to sleep.
I am sure IS is taking notes. I bet they are disappointed they did not think of something like this this before.
Simple, easy, low cost. They really need to rethink their security.
