Q now tweets Apache, and Wikileaks subsequently tweets a jibe at the US military over Apache helicopters.
I think Q is just demonstrating that he has access to what is going to happen. It could be a demonstration that his group even has access to Wikileak’s tweets a day before they are tweeted, which means even the most intel-savy and surveillance aware organizations, trying as hard as they can to stay off everyone’s radar, are subject to Q’s, and his group’s purview.
Could have a deeper meaning, like an acronym for names, but at this point that is speculative. I just see an account that knows what Wikileaks is going to tweet. Means it could be a larper in Wikileaks, or someone with high level access to genuine intel. Given other predictions, I would side with high level intel access.

Taken out....don’t fotget several men tried to break in the embassy where he was stying but were repelked by security within the building. It was believed it was an attempt on his life.
